The Our Father’s Lutheran Adult Choir functions liturgically within the worship services of this congregation. Its chief purpose is to support the congregational singing of the hymns and liturgy. Beyond this, the Choir typically sings settings of the Propers of the Day (Introit, Verse, etc.), psalm settings, hymn stanzas in alternation with the congregation, and anthems taken from the body of fine sacred choral literature of all eras.
The Choir sings for 2-3 services each month, including Christmas Eve, Epiphany, Transfiguration, Ash Wednesday, Holy Thursday, Good Friday, Easter, Ascension, Pentecost, and Holy Trinity. The Choir season begins the Wednesday following Labor Day and concludes with a picnic in June.
Rehearsals of the Choir take place in the church balcony at 7:30 p.m. each Wednesday. Membership is open to any church member who is of high-school age or older. We gladly invite new members to join us in September or in January of each season. Experience is not necessary, and we welcome singers of all voice parts. Please contact Jennifer Ankerberg at 414/282-8220 with any questions you may have.

The Our Father’s Lutheran Handbell Choir prepares hymn-based and seasonal anthems for worship. It rehearses in the church balcony on Wednesdays at 6:30 p.m., and it plays for worship 1-2 times each month.
New ringers and substitute ringers are needed! No handbell ringing experience is necessary, although music reading ability is helpful. Please contact Jennifer Ankerberg at 414/282-8220 if you are interested in joining our group.
We are blessed to own a fine 4-octave set of Malmark handbells which were gifts of a generous donor. To make full use of the bells we have, we have opportunities for up to six additional ringers. We’d love to have you give us a try!
