Yikes! A few of the proposed changes to the Constitution will, in fact, change the future of the Association and the high schools drastically. The move away from Lutheranism is obvious. How can true Lutherans vote for these changes? How can Lutherans support, financially and otherwise, such a change? How could Lutherans propose such a devious diviation in the first place?

Requiring, at least on the surface, teachings in accord with those of the Synod, while giving non-Lutheran congregations a constitutional voice is inconsistent. A slippery slope, for sure.
