Hi everyone. This year we will have a combined 4K / 5K classroom. This will be a positive thing for for the 4K and 5K. I feel 4K will have some positive role models as the 5Kers have all had a year of school experience and can show the 4Kers the "ropes", they can act as BIG HELPERS". As last year, the shared times will be Science / Social Studies, P.E., Library, Computer, Music and Religion. 4K will have their separate Math and Reading time. During this time your 5K child will be doing Centers and having a structured Storytime. The afternoon will be completely 5K academic skills (Math, Math Centers, Reading/Writing, Reading Centers and Theme Time. I will answer any questions you have regarding this structure when I make your home visit.
This should be an exciting year for all of us. Changes have occurred since last year, but all for the positive well being of Our Father's campus and you and your child's life here at Our Father's.
I hope this will be a year we together can make Our Father's a wonderful, positive Christian educational home for your child.
