Registration Packet

Registration Information and Forms

On this page you can find information about registration, fees, tuition requirements, and the forms needed to register your children. Our goal is to make it as easy as possible for you. Statement of Fees

The statement of fees form details all fees and optional fees as well as tracking when you have paid them and how.

Member and Non-Member Tuition Forms

This form also needs to be completed. There are different levels of tuition based on congregational membership or non-membership. Tuition also varies according to the number of children enrolled.

Parental Pledge

Parents are asked to sign a document that identifies the expectations of every parent who sends their child to our school.

Parental Service

Our school could not function without a very active group of parents that supports the teachers and works hard to improve our facilities and the opportunities we can offer our students. Each parent is asked to agree to a basic number of service houors in a year. Many work far more than the minimum and those who put in more than one hundred hours each year are recognized as a vital part of our school community. Please return this form with your registration materials.
